Position Title: Sales Recruitment Manager Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales representatives who can drive revenue growth and achieve aggressive sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, a keen eye for sales talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers within the sales organization. Key Responsibilities * Targeted Talent Sourcing: * Develop and execute recruitment strategies specifically tailored to attract experienced and high-potential sales representatives. * Utilize job boards, social media platforms, industry events, college recruiting fairs, and professional networks to identify top sales talent. * Proactively engage passive candidates with proven sales track records. * Screening & Interviewing: * Review resumes and applications with a focus on sales achievements and relevant industry experience. * Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' sales acumen, track record, and cultural fit within our sales team. * Coordinate with Executives to schedule and conduct targeted interviews. * Candidate Management: * Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring that high-caliber sales professionals are engaged throughout the recruitment process. * Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication at every stage. * Collaboration & Reporting: * Work closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs, sales targets, and the specific competencies required for success in sales roles. * Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, key performance indicators, and market insights to stakeholders. * Continuously refine recruitment strategies based on feedback and changing market conditions. * Compliance & Best Practices: * Ensure all recruitment practices align with employment laws and internal policies. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices in sales talent acquisition, applying best practices to improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Experience: * 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales or commercial roles. * Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring sales professionals in competitive markets. * Skills & Competencies: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. * Deep understanding of sales roles and the qualities that drive sales success. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Preferred Attributes: * High level of initiative, resilience, and a competitive mindset. * Strong analytical skills to assess candidates' performance metrics and potential. * Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving sales goals.
