Temporary Trade Show Assistant - Automate 2025 (Detroit, May 11-15) Company: Guangdong NNT Pneumatic Technology Co., Ltd. Location: Huntington Place Convention Center, 1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226 Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience) We are hiring a friendly, proactive, and professional Trade Show Assistant to support our team during the Automate 2025 expo in Detroit. Ideal candidates have a background or strong interest in engineering or technical sales. Job Details * Dates: May 11 (setup), May 12-15 (exhibition & teardown) * Hours: 10 AM - 5 PM (7 hours/day), up to 28 total hours * Dress Code: Business casual * Location: Huntington Place, Detroit, MI Responsibilities * Welcome and engage booth visitors professionally * Present basic product information (training provided) * Assist with booth setup (May 11) and teardown (May 15) * Lift and organize product samples and equipment * Coordinate booth operations and visitor flow with the team Requirements * Must be 21 years or older * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) * Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator * Physically able to lift and carry light equipment * Preferred: Background in engineering or technical sales * Must be available all 5 days: May 11-15 What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate: $18-$28/hr (based on experience) * Daily lunch provided * Out-of-state hires: round-trip flight and hotel accommodation covered * Pre-show training via Zoom or in person (based on location) * Potential to join our U.S. trade show team for future events To Apply Please send your resume and a brief self-introduction to: Email: [please apply online] Phone: 812-[please apply online] Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 26 per week Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No nights Ability to Commute: * Detroit, MI 48226 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Detroit, MI 48226: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
