Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or retail sectors, and possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Your ability to conduct product demos and upsell services will be crucial in achieving sales targets and driving company growth. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within your assigned territory. * Identify potential clients through research and networking, establishing strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value propositions to clients. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and upselling. * Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to streamline processes and enhance overall sales performance. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. * Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Skills * Proven experience in Outside Sales with a focus on technology or retail sales preferred. * Strong inside sales experience with a track record of successful upselling techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficient in conducting product demos that engage customers and highlight key features. * Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. * Familiarity with territory sales management principles is advantageous. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
