Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. Duties * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact with prospective customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively. * Manage territory assignments to maximize coverage and sales potential. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, addressing client inquiries, and offering solutions that meet their needs. * Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Skills * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify opportunities for improvement. * Proven experience in lead generation techniques and strategies. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Effective territory management skills to optimize sales efforts within assigned areas. * Familiarity with technical sales processes and product knowledge is a plus. * Experience in outside sales, demonstrating the ability to work independently in the field. * Previous experience in sales management required * Proficient in cold calling techniques with a track record of successful outreach.
