Positive, collaborative work environment Competitive salary based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Commission potential (once licensed) Career growth and advancement opportunities Training & licensing fees covered (if unlicensed) Responsibilities: * Analyze complex insurance coverages and recommend appropriate policies * Service existing accounts, including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims * Sell personal policies to inbound leads--no cold calling or sales outreach required! * Proactively shop and re-market existing policy renewals as needed * Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell Personal Lines accounts to drive growth * Utilize CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions * Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and claims adjusters Who We 're Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail A team player with a customer-focused mindset Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools At least one year of insurance agency experience preferred Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages is a plus Strong customer service skills and a go-getter attitude If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain a P &C license--we cover training & licensing fees!
