Full description of the position
Job Summary Reporting to the SVP of Sales Enablement, the Division Sales Directors will manage a team of Regional Sales Development Managers (RDMs) and Sr. Regional Sales Development Managers (Sr. RDMs), with responsibility for training, coaching, and motivating Dental Implant Sales Consultants (PECs). Division Sales Directors will partner with cross functional departments including Sales Strategy, CCT, and Divisional Field Leadership to drive top-line revenue and sales performance for the ClearChoice Network. Division Sales Directors manage the ClearChoice sales ecosystem within an assigned division, coaching and developing sales teams and partnering with Doctors, General Managers and Regional and Divisional Field Leadership to optimize sales performance and execute effective sales strategies.Division Sales Directors must have the ability to coach and model sales techniques through inspiring and compelling interventions that result in maximizing their divisions ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly goals. Additionally, Division Sales Directors are responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing their direct reports. Essential Responsibilities Sales Performance * Topline revenue responsibility for 20-35 ClearChoice multidisciplinary centers. * Develop sales budgets/forecasts for assigned centers. * Track KPIs, metrics, ROI, and analyze performance gaps, taking proactive and/or corrective action as necessary to achieve targets and working with doctor owners to achieve center, regional, and divisional goals. Leadership and Strategy * Manage and develop teams of (Sr.) Regional Development Managers (sales coaches) and Patient Education Consultants (sales associates) in assigned centers. * Partner with Regional Business Directors to achieve performance targets and ensure alignment between sales and operations to align cross functional priorities. * Create, implement, modify, and train divisional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets. Sales Enablement Programs * Drive innovation within assigned centers; facilitate identification, codification, implementation and adoption of sales best practices within assigned centers in partnership with Field Leadership, Sales Strategy departments, and other cross-functional teams. * Drive the adoption of best practices in consultative selling and customer experience, ensuring alignment with the consumer-centric model. * Develop and implement scalable sales programs, including training, tools, and resources to drive salesforce effectiveness and engagement. * Partner closely with Field Leadership to ensure alignment with ClearChoice priorities. Collaboration and Communication * Foster a culture of collaboration across departments to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives into the broader organization. * Act as a key liaison between sales and operations to streamline communication and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. * Foster a results-driven, customer-centric sales culture. Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum [3-5] years sales management experience in high-growth, distributed multi-site services, preferably in premium, healthcare, consumer/retail facing industries or considered purchases with previous revenue responsibility for business units of [$50MM] or greater. * Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams. * Deep understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and retail healthcare operations. * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization. * Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. * Passion for consumer-driven healthcare innovation. * Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management preferred. * Commitment to TAG's mission of breaking down barriers to healthcare. Travel * Up to 75% travel required Compensation and Benefits: $120,000-130,000 base compensation DOE In addition to your base compensation, depending on position, you may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus (potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage, Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional benefit of employment with ClearChoice.
