Full description of the position

Moooi is looking for a B2B Sales Support in New York. The main purpose of this role is to support Business-to-Business activities for Moooi USA. This role reports to the Head of CSM, and many of the tasks are geared towards supporting them in their role. We expect that the person who takes this role is equipped and comfortable working behind the scenes, as well as customer facing. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES As our B2B Sales Support you: * Will provide the best service we can give - client success is our primary value; * Fulfil all client inquiries via phone/email such as quotations, order adjustments, availability, order status, claims, and product details; * Manage transports by providing the correct information to logistics; * Are responsible for maintaining good client relations. Generally deal with representatives and professional clients concerning matters that require some tact and resourcefulness; * Handle and help assess claims that may involve technical or electrical product details - so a technical understanding is highly beneficial. * Check with the credit department concerning credit status and payments of clients; * Maintain files of active orders and post activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes; * Organize and administrate all kinds of orders from start to finish, including coordinating domestic deliveries and after-sales; * Have frequent contact with our third-party logistic provider, the Sales department, and your direct Customer Success colleagues based in The Netherlands. As our B2B Sales Support in the Brand Store you: * Professionally welcome trade clients and visitors by appointment in the store; * Have a joint responsibility for meeting the allocated B2B sales targets; * Advise and present Moooi's collection tailored to the needs of architects and project clients; * Provide service that is both client-oriented and commercially focused. Some key qualifications and skills we 're looking for: * Work experience in a similar (preferably B2B) role; * Communicate comfortably in English, and preferably also in Spanish, Portuguese, or French - multilingual candidates are strongly preferred. * A college degree is preferred. * Previous training or experience in technical/electrical domains is a strong advantage. * Experience with Microsoft 365, ERP systems (we use Dynamics 365 Business Central), and preferably some experience with Salesforce. Well, we offer you a contract for indefinite period of time with a starting salary of 65K per year plus a bonus. Based on a full-time employment you are entitled to 15 vacation days, growing by 2 days every year to max of 20 days, 8 public holidays and 5 sick days. Moooi contributes 6% of your gross salary in SEP IRA up to $5,000, $700 per month for the health insurance plan and a yearly contribution of $1,000 into an employee's Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
