Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Location: [Las Cruces, NM] Job Type: Part-time, Salary plus Commission About Us: We are a dynamic multiline insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and comprehensive insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and support our office manager/receptionist in daily operations. Job Description: As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Covering lunch breaks for the office manager/receptionist * Answering phones and taking messages * Scheduling appointments for the insurance agent * Supporting the office manager/receptionist in various administrative tasks In addition to these duties, you will be expected to contribute to our sales goals by bringing in at least 3 new accounts or generating 15 quotes per month.
