Acrisure Protection Group has a current need for a full-time Business Development Trainer in the Midwest. This individual will be responsible for the training and development of our current clients. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * In store development with current accounts to improve dealership production in both product penetration and income generation * Must have prior experience as a corporate trainer with a known Aftermarket Development Company. * Train F&I Managers on product knowledge, menu selling skills, and objection handling * Train Sales Managers on proper desking procedures * Train salespeople on the dealerships Road To A Sale * Assisting accounts with recruiting for all front-end dealership variable department personnel * Support team members by establishing effective interpersonal relationships and cross functional partnering This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management. Education and Experience: * 3 years of F&I/agent experience, or Senior Dealership Management experience, required * Formalized automotive training, required * Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Other Qualifications: * Strong written and oral skills, effectively presents formal presentations * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Must be a self-starter and disciplined to work from home office * Ability to work under extreme demands/deadlines Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
