As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll answer incoming calls and convert them into sales opportunities using a consultative approach. You'll identify customer needs and recommend the best products or services to meet those needs, providing clear, detailed information about our offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing. In each interaction, you'll maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas will be a key objective, along with maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system. You'll collaborate with team members to share strategies, continuously improve sales techniques, and stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible solutions.
