Key Responsibilities: * Identify and build relationships with major department channels and key retailers. * Develop and execute sales strategies for new channels. * Manage sales targets and analyze performance for assigned channels. * Plan and implement customized promotions for each channel. * Maintain smooth communication and collaboration with channel partners. * Monitor market and competitor trends. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree or higher * Experience: New graduate or 1-2 years of experience (relevant experience preferred) * Essential Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Positive and proactive attitude * Problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Preferred Skills: * Strong understanding of the retail or distribution channel. * Experience in sales and business development. * Fluency in English Employment Conditions: * Employment Type: Full-time (probationary period may apply) * Working Hours: 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) * Salary: Based on company regulations (negotiable based on experience and capabilities) * Paid Holiday, Vacation, Sick day * Bonus * Health insurance * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. * Submitted documents will not be returned.
