Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. * Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the client base. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. * Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and partnerships. * Utilize software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance. * Oversee project management initiatives related to business development activities. * Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards business development goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development. * Construction experience, or background of customer base with owners and real-estate developers. * Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends effectively. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from inception to completion. * Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
