Key Responsibilities: * Engage with a large volume of potential sellers to introduce our services and acquire vehicle inventory. * Conduct high-touch outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to generate interest and schedule appointments. * Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the business development process. * Assist in coordinating vehicle assessments and scheduling meetings with sellers. * Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure our inventory meets customer demand. * Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, prospect interactions, and follow-up activities. Qualifications: * Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. * Goal-oriented and driven by achieving targets. * Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. * Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills. * No prior automotive experience required - comprehensive training provided! * Experience in business development, customer service, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
