Lauderdale, FL (on-site; remote eligibility based on client needs) Schedule: Monday-Friday (specific shift details provided during interview) About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the healthcare insurance industry, providing tailored U65 health plans and exceptional service to customers nationwide. Key Responsibilities * Sell a variety of U65 health insurance plans, including core policies and ancillary products. * Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients are matched with the right coverage. * Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales goals to maximize earnings and qualify for bonuses. * Become a subject matter expert on insurance offerings to confidently guide clients through their options. Requirements * Sales or telemarketing experience preferred. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented professionals with a strong drive for success. * Must be eligible for health insurance licensing (no felony or fraud-related charges). * Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for any remote work requirements. Compensation & Benefits * $600 Weekly Base Pay during the first two weeks. * Commission Structure: * $30 per core deal. * $25-$130 per ancillary add-on. * Performance Bonuses: * $250 bonus for achieving 12+ core sales per week. * $350 bonus for achieving 15+ core sales per week. * Total Potential Weekly Earnings: Up to $2,300!
