Summary As an Inside Sales Representative at Midland Tool, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by connecting with our clients in the industrial sector. This position is crucial for fostering relationships and ensuring our customers receive the tools and services they need to succeed. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and convert them into sales. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and business development initiatives. * Provide product knowledge and support to clients to enhance their purchasing decisions. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. * Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role within an industrial supply environment. * Strong business development skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus. * Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. * Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
