Ford Component Sales, LLC (FCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company aligned with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD). We are a flexible sales organization that directs resources toward revenue opportunities identified by FCSD. We are in search of an EV Program Manager that provides Strategic and operational lead for the development, launch and management of automotive EV related programs. Responsibility to coordinate cross-functional actions with internal and external stakeholders including Purchasing, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Suppliers, Ford Model e, Ford Pro and Service Center management. Oversee operations and performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Program Management of all aspects of EV related programs, including EV Chargers, outside OE related, as well as Aftermarket programs. * Lead the new model launch process with all program stakeholders ensuring all required elements are in place. * Prepare and present project status reporting to the leadership team. Identify project issues and recommend next steps and alternatives. * Working with program stakeholders, identify and implement program related projects via eCommerce, ESG, OE and Aftermarket channels * Lead product definition, change control and specification * Drive commercial aspects, coordinating with FCS and Ford stakeholders * Initiate and manage processes to ensure business operations meet objective * Lead product roadmap efforts with the FCS EV team, Ford organizations (PD, Model e, Ford Pro, etc.) as well as outside customers and suppliers * Manages all aspects of new program launch, coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver customer satisfaction and launch objectives * With Engineering, manages new product introduction * Coordinate internal FCS teams with EV program efforts * Other duties may be assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year university. 4-10 years experience in a program management or related field We offer an attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, 401(k), disability, and tuition reimbursement assistance.
