We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Manager to grow client relationships, support distributor networks, and lead sales initiatives across the Ohio region. This role is ideal for someone with a technical sales background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a servant leadership style. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, OEM clients, and end-users in the motion control and servo systems market. * Execute a regional travel schedule (2-3 weeks/month) to meet with clients, assess technical needs, and present solutions. * Drive territory sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. * Work closely with engineering and operations teams to translate customer requirements into technical proposals. * Implement structured sales processes and CRM tracking, ensuring transparency and consistency in the pipeline. * Support channel partners with tools, training, and product education to improve close rates. * Report on market trends, client feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key account meetings. Qualifications: * 5+ years of outside or technical sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or motion control. * Proven success managing a regional sales territory and working with distribution channels. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, schedules, and proposals simultaneously. * A servant leadership approach with a collaborative and customer-first mindset. * Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and implement scalable systems. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
