About the Role: As a Salesperson or Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. Your goal will be to create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and enthusiastic manner. * Sales Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to drive conversions and meet targets; E-commerce knowledge is a plus. * Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. * Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and team members. * Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns or operational issues. * Marketing Support: Assist with light social media marketing to promote products and engage customers online. Qualifications: * Previous retail experience is required; experience in furniture sales is preferred. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Highly motivated, outgoing, and a team player. * Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Organized, professional, and neatly groomed. * Proficiency in Google Suite and a basic understanding of social media marketing. * Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
