Qualifications & Skills: * Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Property & Casualty Insurance * Willingness to protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion * Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment * A well-connected member of your local community * Previous sales experience (auto sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required. * Social media savvy, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred but not required.
