What You 'll Do as a Sales & Service Advisor In this role, you will: * Provide exceptional customer service by confidently recommending the products and services our guests need. * Become a product expert , helping customers with tires, wheels, services, and repairs. * Follow our sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers. We're looking for candidates who: * Have at least1 year of sales and customer service experience , Automotive Repair environment preferred. * Have face-to-face customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Are confident communicators with a knack for advising, recommending, and selling. * Are eager to learn and grow, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset. * Hold a valid driver 's license and maintain a clean driving record. * Are physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. and performing repetitive movements.
