Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing our insurance clients and helping them with changes or problems they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a keen ability to analyze client needs. If you have experience in retail sales or insurance sales and can effectively market products, we want to hear from you. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration. * Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Assist clients in understanding policy terms, coverage options, and claims processes. * Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy renewals, and follow-ups. * Calling late - pays, and doing administrative work. * Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. * Experience in collaboration sales environments is a plus. * Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. * A valid insurance license would be a huge plus.
