Office Manager - Ness Auto Sales and Service Location: Lodi, WI Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate) Position Type: Full-time or Part-time About Ness Auto Sales and Service Ness Auto Sales and Service is a trusted, family-owned automotive business in Lodi, Wisconsin, dedicated to providing top-quality vehicle sales and repair services. We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team and support the smooth operation of our business. Job Summary The Office Manager will oversee essential administrative and financial tasks to ensure the efficient operation of Ness Auto Sales and Service. This role requires strong organizational skills, self motivated, has attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners. Key Responsibilities * Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records of expenses. * Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. * Timesheet Monitoring: Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Payroll: Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. * Communication with Accountants: Serve as the primary point of contact for external accountants, providing necessary financial data and reports. * General Administrative Support: Perform additional office tasks as needed to support the team and business operations. Qualifications * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). * Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge is preferred but not required; training can be provided. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, accounting, or related fields is a plus. Work Schedule * Standard schedule is 40 hours per week. * Part-time hours may be accommodated for the right candidate.
