Job Description: * Help clients select the unit which best fits their needs * Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs * Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations * Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients * Utilize prospect management systems as required * Attend all meetings and trainings as required * Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments * Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management * Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers * May cross train to perform other duties * Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications: * Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently * Must have professional appearance and demeanor * Provide excellent customer service * Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases * Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner * Experience in sales is helpful but not required Benefits * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Flexible spending account * Employee Assistance Program * Employee discount * Referral program Thank you for your interest in Good Life RV!
