Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and motivated Media Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive advertising revenue by building relationships with local businesses, creating tailored advertising solutions, and promoting our media products, including print publications, digital platforms, and special projects. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing advertisers. * Develop customized advertising packages to meet clients' marketing goals. * Present and sell advertising opportunities across Leader Publications' print, online, and social media channels. * Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to execute client campaigns effectively. * Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or a related field. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. * Familiarity with digital marketing, social media advertising, or print media is a plus.
