This is a sales-focused leadership role with hands-on responsibilities in both operations and client development. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, payroll, and application processing * Lead outside sales efforts to grow the client base and expand business * Recruit and service temporary workforce needs for clients * Provide outstanding customer service to clients and associates * Supervise and develop branch support staff What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of proven success in sales and team management * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Detail-oriented with excellent administrative abilities * Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities * Comfortable working early hours and limited weekends * Proficient with Windows-based computer systems * Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven * Must CARE about performance and people Requirements: * High school diploma (some college or technical training preferred) * Valid driver's license and current auto insurance * Reliable transportation * Ability to provide work history and sales references * Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
