Who We Want Carson Wealth - West Des Moines, IA is hiring for a Relationship and Operations Manager to assist Advisors in ensuring all aspects of client accounts are accurately and properly opened and maintained. This role will provide support to the Director of Operations and Advisors by providing service that exceeds client expectations. This includes determining what actions need to be completed to open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing client accounts in an accurate and timely basis. Coordination of projects, training, and note-taking for client meetings is also required. The Relationship and Operations Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time while maintaining professional poise and courtesy to clients and internal stakeholders. What To Expect * Primary processor of new accounts and account maintenance requests from all CWM Advisors and the Director of Operations * Professionally provides primary point contact with our custodians and back offices * Service client needs and requirements as determined through Director of Operations * Develop semi-annual and annual client Wealth Plan materials for meetings * Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database * Interact with clients on all service-related items and provide needed follow-up * Take notes for client meetings and record them in CRM * Proactively look forward to complete projects by deadlines * Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the Ops team * Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies * Other duties as assigned What You Need * At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred * Experience working in a professional office environment is required * Must be coachable and willing to learn * Knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom is required * Knowledge of Financial Advisor tools (i.e. Orion, Wealthscape, SalesForce, etc.) is preferred * Excellent interpersonal & communication skills * Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation * A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision * Analytical and research skills * Ability to troubleshoot and ability to problem solve * Desire to provide the highest quality In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment.
