Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to drive sales growth. * Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize business opportunities. * Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to identify potential customers. * Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales of additional services. * Provide accurate quotes and proposals to clients based on their specific needs. * Collaborate with the office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing accounts. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a related field with a strong track record of success. * Excellent account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. * Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients. * Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Salary Plus Commissions: * Base salary $38,000-$45,000 * Commissions estimating first year $10,000-$20,000 * Residual commissions on reoccurring work would likely increase commissions 25-75% the following year or two.
