Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to support our Outside Sales Representatives. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient quoting process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Monitor incoming quote requests via [please apply online] * Perform takeoffs from construction and architectural plans when required. * Create and accurately enter multiple quotes into the system, utilizing Excel in the process, for internal manager approval * Send approved quotes to Outside Sales Representatives/Customer * Maintain ongoing communication with reps/customers for updates, follow-ups, and revisions Ideal Candidate * Capacity to read architectural and construction plans (minimum 1 year of experience) * Knowledge of Excel (minimum 5 years of experience) * Understand how to use AI to assist in all responsibilities above * Highly organized and process-driven * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Experience in the appliance industry and/or property management or new construction is a strong plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
