Overview BMW of Westlake is seeking a well-motivated and driven Client Advisor to join our seasoned team. The right candidate must have a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. They must be goal oriented and enthusiastic about meeting monthly objectives. As a BMW Client Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding each guest's needs, communicating detailed product information correctly and presenting financial options in a clear and concise manner. Duties * Greet guests in a warm and professional manner. * Evaluate needs with potential guests. * Provide product demonstrations to educate guests about features and benefits. * Assisting in completing necessary paperwork for sales transactions. * Address guest's inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, lot and workstation. * Collaborate with management team to set and achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Skills * Previous automotive sales experience is required. * Exemplary guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. * Drive to complete product knowledge training and online BMW courses. * Ability to perform product demos and explain product features clearly. * A proactive approach to driving sales within the store environment. * A team-oriented mindset.
