Business Development Representative - (Full Time) Everett, WA OUR COMPANY: Diehl is one of the leading partners of major international aircraft manufacturers in the areas of Interiors and Systems. Renowned aircraft manufacturers like Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, as well as international airlines are among our clients. OVERVIEW: Diehl Aviation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to support and drive business development efforts with aircraft manufacturers in North America, particularly with Boeing. This role will involve close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and execution of sales and business development activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and looking to grow, have a general understanding of the aviation industry, and demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate activities to support business development for aircraft manufacturers in North America. * Assist with critical topics related to all Diehl Aviation product lines with Boeing, ensuring alignment across various functions. * Act as a key point of contact for Boeing Supply Chain and Category Management teams. * Facilitate product and technology selection processes within Diehl Aviation's Customer Collaboration Space in Seattle and Everett, WA. * Facilitate coordination of quoting and offer activities with the customer and internally. * Assist in driving internal programs such as the "Fit 4 Boeing" initiative, ensuring customer and alignment with Boeing's operating standards. * Contribute to the development and evolution of strategic product roadmaps for Boeing and other North American customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. * Drive customer-centricity, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Prepare presentation materials to support business development activities, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful messaging. * Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor insights, to inform strategic decision-making. * Ensure efficient and accurate reporting within the CRM Customer Hub and to management, providing visibility into business development progress and outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred). * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the aviation or aerospace industry. * Strong familiarity with the aircraft manufacturing industry and business development practices, particularly with Boeing. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Experience with RFI/RFP processes and proposal preparation. * Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Offer Management, Supply Chain, and Technical Teams. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Experience using CRM systems and business intelligence tools for reporting and tracking SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS We offer a competitive base salary and year-end bonus.
