Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical sales skills and a passion for business development. Essential Job Specific Duties: 1. Meets with customers or sales representatives to gather job specifications so accurate estimates of job costs can be generated, making recommendations whenever possible for improved product quality, service, and/or pricing. 2. Learns and obtains a deep understanding of the company's print capabilities in order to analyze needs and provide solutions to the client. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. 4. Prepares or obtains estimates and presents to customers. 5. Converts estimates to live orders. 6. Works closely with internal staff and outside vendors to prepare orders. 7. Prepares or obtains proofs to send to customers as needed. 8. Monitors jobs through the production process to ensure timely completion. 9. Responds timely and accurately to customer inquiries as needed. 10. Reviews completed jobs for accuracy and completeness. 11. Invoices the client when jobs are determined to be complete. 12. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and upselling. 13. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns. 14. Answers phone in a professional, business-like fashion and directs calls to the appropriate person as needed. 15. Other duties as assigned. Essential Associate Job Duties: 16. Identifies organizational problems and opportunities for improvement and brings solutions and suggestions to management's attention. 19. Functions as a team member by assisting, supporting, and encouraging other employees in any way possible. 20. Maintains working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and other software used by the company. 21. Completes successfully all agreed upon continuing education, i.e., classes, seminars, etc. in a timely fashion. 22. Performs related work as required, willingly and eagerly. Special Skills and Aptitudes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Reliable and on-time for job while being focused on the job. Positive attitude while working productively to build strong customer relationships with a can- do attitude. Being able to work carefully and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
