Cleveland Lakefront Ventures, a leading business consulting and sales firm, is seeking driven and talented individuals to join our Cleveland based team as a Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in promotional marketing and sales techniques developed by top national executives. As part of our Account Management team, you will play a key role in educating consumers about our partners' brands, services, and promotions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager: * Connect with local customers face-to-face for the purpose of executing sales and providing knowledgeable service on behalf of Verizon * Properly communicate client product and service information to find the most appropriate options and solutions for potential consumers * Educate consumers on Verizon's products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet current and future needs. * Collaborate with client representatives, sales teams, and compliance departments to ensure successful sales outcomes. * Complete sales by using client-provided technology and resources while maintaining proper confidentiality for customers * Participate in daily strategy meetings with team members to enhance client visibility and brand awareness in the local market. Junior Account Manager Desired Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred (not required). * At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, marketing, or customer service. * Strong work ethic and a self-motivated attitude valued over innate ability. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients and consumers.
