Marco Supply Co. Inc/Johnson Pipe is looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service by gaining a customer's trust and maintaining a rapport with internal company departments. We are seeking an upbeat, energetic, computer savvy individual who is comfortable and confident on the phone, can quickly learn product codes and how to input non-stock items, and knows where to go, and who to go to when sourcing items but also tries new sources for products/pricing. There is no cold calling involved. The Inside Sales Representative duties include but are not limited to: * Consult customers and help them to explore product offerings and make purchase decisions * Answer customer questions, address their issues, concerns and requests * Gathering customer information * Prepare quotes for customers and execute sale * Garnering new business and setting up new accounts * Up selling, add on selling and cross selling * Being the expert on customer needs * Ability to successfully work with vendors * Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions ABOUT YOU: We're looking for someone who ideally has industry/product knowledge and a proven track-record in sales, but more importantly we're looking for someone with impeccable work ethic who will go above and beyond for our customers. If you are a well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented person then we want to hear from you! Previous sales and /or customer service experience is helpful. Training will be provided for the right person.
