JOB DESCRIPTION/OBJECTIVE Double Play Marketing & Sales serves as an outsourced Chief Marketing Officer/Marketing Department and performs lead generation for our clients. We take a data drive and sales focused approach with all activations having metrics geared towards clients' brand awareness and/or leads, showing a return on investment. All team members are expected to represent Double Play. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support account management team with day-to-day activations as part of clients' marketing and sales strategies: Social Media (LinkedIn and Meta) - Strategy, Community Management/Engagement, Outreach Email Marketing - ability to create and manage e-blasts efficiently Email Drip Campaigns - understand clients' sales pipeline and support accounts in their lead generation processes Video Production - manage timelines and assist videographer/photographer on shoot Content Creation Google My Business Search Engine Optimization Project Work (e.g., managing web vendor for website creation) Manage specific accounts, ensuring that the deadlines are met and responsible for client relationship management Proficient in project management software (ClickUp) to track tasks and team member inputs Execute campaigns through third party softwares (e.g., High Level) Run monthly and quarterly reports Ability to grow into Account Manager role, managing accounts with minimal supervision Own one-off projects assigned by Account Managers from end to end Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with precise attention to detail Client relationship management Trusted team member Ability to deliver an impactful and compelling presentation Passion for marketing and excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced environment Research and share trends, key learnings, and best practices Exhibit a strong team mindset with an ability work on cross functional teams Keeps drive and all digital assets organized and neat SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED Align with Double Play's Core Values: Family First, Data Tells the Story, Accountability, Flexibility/Adaptability, Trust 1-3 years of marketing experience 1+ year of agency experience 1+ year of social media marketing 1+ year of email marketing Proficient in project management software Expert in understanding new social media and e-mail marketing software Has knowledge of small to mid-size businesses with an emphasis on construction, real estate, professional services, and manufacturing Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Team player with the ability to manage up Positive, can-do attitude Solution-oriented, growth mindset with intention toward promotion into full Account Manager role Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, be flexible, and work independently in a fast- paced environment. Adobe Photoshop is a plus Commits to 5 days per week and hours sufficient to cover responsibilities to clients and teams.
