As a Warehouse Associate - Inside Sales representative, the successful candidate will have the following duties: * Perform inventory management including organizing and managing the warehouse. * Provide customer service and sales for cash, credit card and account customer transactions. * Develop a complete understanding of Company products and services. * Provide quotes and proposals and deliveries. * Respond to Customer concerns in a positive and proactive manner. * Identify, research, and contact prospective Customers to build positive business relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business for the Company. * Demonstrate a mastery of available sales tools, marketing materials and sales processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process. * Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed. * Use company ERP software as directed. * Other office and warehouse duties as assigned. The Warehouse Associate - Inside Sales Representative shall have the following qualifications and experience: * Ability to implement inventory bin location system. * Ability to transfer inventory between different locations such as trucks and physical warehouses. * Ability to conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile to system. * The ability to use a forklift is a plus. * 4-5 years' relevant experience. * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent organizational skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset. * Must pass national background check, motor vehicle report and drug screening. * Safety Oriented. The Warehouse Associate - Inside Sales Representative shall receive the following compensation and benefits: * Starting compensation: $60-75K * Generous medical, dental, vision & life insurance benefits for employee and family. * 401k with employer match * Tuition reimbursement. * Referral incentives. * Paid time off and employer paid holidays.
