Responsibilities - As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in generating leads through various outreach efforts * Supporting senior sales consultants in sales presentations and meetings * Learning the ins and outs of the sales process and product knowledge * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients * Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and goals Requirements: * Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided * Must have a valid drivers license Compensation Plan: * Paid Training: For the first 15 to 30 days, enjoy paid training at $20/hour. *Base Pay & Commission: *After completing training, you'll transition to a $30k base salary with 5% commission on gross. The salary is a draw against the commission, meaning when your commissions exceed your salary, you'll be paid the difference. * Bonuses: We also offer weekly and monthly performance bonuses.
