Summary As an Insurance Broker at Blue Sky Insurance Advisors, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their health insurance options. This position is based in the United States and is essential for helping individuals navigate their healthcare needs while contributing to our mission of community support. Responsibilities * Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options, including Medicare Advantage and ACA plans. * Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond. * Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure best practices. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients. * Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. * Ability to analyze information and negotiate effectively. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is highly desirable.
