Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through the development of new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a Home health, Hospice or Home care background with a BOOK OF BUSINESS. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that align with business objectives. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Experience * Strong background in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in warm calling techniques as well as outbound calling strategies is a plus.
