We are seeking an inside sales representative to join our dynamic team at Scherba Industries. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales in large format graphics and vehicle wrap graphics. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and service excellence. Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively. * Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into sales. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and drive business development initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions.
