Inside Sales - Tour Guide/Administrative Hours: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with occasional extended hours when conducting tours This position will be responsible for supporting many roles within Inside Sales, including: * Give plant tours (part of the tour guide team) * Switchboard * Outbound Order Status Calls * Customer Address Changes * Inside Sales Admin Who we are looking for: * Great communication skills * Attention to detail & willingness to be flexible and learn new computer systems * Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks * Confidence to speak with customers both on the phone and in person * Ability to transport customer tours using JASPER vehicle * Valid drivers license What we offer: * Competitive Starting Pay, based on experience * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance after 30 days * PTO + 10 paid holidays after 30 days * Two retirement plans (401k & ESOP) * Associate Referral Bonus * Onsite Fitness Center & Health Clinic * On the job training * And, so much more!
