Responsibilities * Graduate from our industry leading training program * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes. * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers. * Conduct open houses. * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments. * Participate in weekly script practice. * Participate in team activities (always fun events or trips) * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Don't like doing all these tasks and activities, we have leverage to help you focus on the things you do like to do.
