We are seeking qualified applicants for our Counter Sales Representative position, at our Des Moines, IA location. Key Responsibilities: * Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers. * Assist customers in identifying the right products based on their needs and preferences. * Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently. * Maintain product knowledge to offer valuable information and suggestions. * Stock shelves, ensure the sales floor is organized, and manage inventory. * Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required). * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings. * Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
