Join Minnesota Rusco - A Top Employer in Home Remodeling! * What We Offer * Training $20 per hour, Regular Pay $18 per hour plus commissions and a monthly bonus * Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 am-6 pm, and rotating Fridays, 9 am - 4 pm, & Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm. * Paid Time Off: Includes a floating holiday and your birthday as a paid holiday after 90 days. * Growth Opportunities: Join our expanding Inside Sales Department with leadership opportunities on the horizon Your Role * Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers for Minnesota Rusco to schedule in-home appointments for our Sales Team. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on our home remodeling products to improve your success in securing appointments. * Flexible Brand Ambassador: Take on additional hours representing our brand when needed.
