Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and qualify prospects. * Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport. * Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM software, primarily Salesforce. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process. * Conduct telemarketing activities to promote products and services effectively. * Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly to enhance engagement. * Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects. Experience * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles is preferred. * Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. * Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. * A customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
