We are searching for an employee who will create an amazing experience for our club and premium season ticket members, making them feel like part of the Wave community and ensuring their annual renewals. This individual will also be on the look out for upsell and add-on opportunities, making sure our STMs have a great time every home match. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for business development, and a passion for providing exceptional service. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Management & Retention * Serve as the primary account manager for a book of premium and club members. * Ensure seamless day-to-day service, including upgrades, payment plans, ticket exchanges, and client communications. * Execute personalized retention strategies, tailored touchpoints, and service plans to maximize member satisfaction and ensure high renewal rates year over year. Member Engagement: * Conduct 80-100 daily outbound touchpoints (calls, emails, meetings) to boost engagement, build relationships, and create an incremental sales pipeline through upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities. * Oversee the club & premium member experience on matchdays, ensuring all hospitality areas are guest-ready, properly staffed, and operating at a high standard. Address and resolve any real-time issues with a white-glove approach to maintain premium service levels. * Work closely with leadership on benefit strategies for premium membership products to ensure offerings are competitive, attractive, and aligned with business goals. Revenue Generation * Proactively identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance the value delivered to members. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in client services, premium sales or account management, preferably in sports, live entertainment, or hospitality. * Strong knowledge and prior usage of ticketing platforms (e.g., Archtics) and CRM systems (Salesforce). * Strong Communication Skills, * Excels in Relationship Building, * Proven Revenue Generation & Retention Skills, * Detail Oriented, * Passionate About Delivering Exceptional Service, * Collaborative, Adaptable, and Goal Oriented. Bachelor's degree preferred. * Work conditions (physical demands, travel, outdoors, etc.): Balance between in office work and offsite events & meetings. Must be willing and able to travel locally for client meetings & membership events. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a base salary + commission role. Base comp is $54,252.10 with significant commission potential.
