Burggraf Roofing is a growing roofing company located near downtown Tulsa. We are looking to add a go getter to our team. Someone that is a highly driven person that has a high standard of morals. Job Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. * Lead from the front - This will require selling at first * Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching. * Foster a motivated and collaborative work environment. * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. * Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments. * Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets. * Train in sale rep lead generation * Ensure excellent customer service standards are met. * Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity. * Maintain a CRM system for accurate data management. * Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team. * Keep the team updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
