Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts. * Build rapport and establish connections with prospective and existing owners. * Communicate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure in an impactful and inspiring way. * Close sales effectively using proven techniques--no cold calling required; all leads are prequalified and provided by the company. * Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced sales training to sharpen your skills. Compensation and Schedule: * Weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. * Flexible schedules with an 8-hour day shift; some weekend availability required. * No travel required outside the local area. What We Expect From You: * High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred. * Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced luxury sales cycle. * Ability to maintain production standards and overcome objections effectively. * Must hold or be able to obtain applicable real estate and/or timeshare licenses. * Reliable commute or relocation to Seaside, OR, before starting work.
