Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients looking to purchase vehicles. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process while maintaining a positive dealership experience. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Negotiate terms of sale effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory management processes. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using dealership software. * Perform cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. * Upsell additional products or services that complement the vehicle purchase, enhancing customer value. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in math for handling transactions and financial discussions. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with inventory management systems or dealership software is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers. * Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
