Assistant Membership Sales Director (AMD) Elevate Your Career and Earnings: Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for fitness? The Role: As the Assistant Membership Sales Director, you'll be a key player in our sales force. Your ability to inspire and guide your team will directly impact your commission potential and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community. What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships Collaborate with Membership Director to implement effective external marketing strategies Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions Requirements: Proven sales experience Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goals Passion for health and fitness Pay Range: Tier 2 AMD: Full time $1.50 over the current minimum wage. net commissions, which realistically range from $1,400 to $2,000 per month and monthly bonus potential up to $3,000. Tier 1 AMD: Current minimum wage, net commissions, which realistically range from $1,400 to $2,000 per month and monthly bonus potential up to $3,000.
