QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience in customer service preferred. * Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. * Must be able to type & provide typing score to hiring manager * Must be able to obtain required insurance license 220 license & Life & Health license
